Service Overview

FleetSignal provides vehicle reminder and tracking tools including MOT, tax, and insurance monitoring features.

User Responsibility

Users remain fully responsible for:

• Checking vehicle MOT status
• Maintaining valid road tax
• Maintaining valid insurance
• Ensuring legal vehicle compliance

FleetSignal reminders are supplementary tools only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of compliance management.

No Guarantee Of Availability

FleetSignal is provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain reliable services, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Email Reminder Disclaimer

Reminder emails may occasionally be delayed, filtered, or fail to arrive due to third-party systems outside FleetSignal’s control.

FleetSignal accepts no liability for missed MOT, tax, insurance, or compliance deadlines.

Premium Services

Certain features may require a premium subscription. Premium access may include reminder services and enhanced functionality.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of premium services and instant access to features, refunds are generally not provided once premium access has been activated or used.

Refund requests may still be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or damage FleetSignal systems
• Abuse APIs or automated services
• Use FleetSignal for unlawful activity
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or data

Account Termination

FleetSignal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes To Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of FleetSignal constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
