Due to the digital nature of FleetSignal premium services and the immediate activation of features, all payments are non-refundable once premium access has been activated.

Premium Access

By subscribing to FleetSignal Premium, users acknowledge that access to premium reminder services, monitoring features, and account functionality begins immediately after payment is completed.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

FleetSignal does not provide refunds for:

Cancellations

Users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.

Exceptional Cases

FleetSignal reserves the right to review exceptional refund requests solely at its discretion.

Statutory Rights

Nothing within this policy affects statutory consumer rights where applicable under UK law.
