Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for FleetSignal Premium. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy.

1. About FleetSignal Premium

FleetSignal Premium provides access to additional vehicle monitoring and reminder features, such as support for multiple saved vehicles and MOT, tax and insurance reminder functionality.

FleetSignal is a reminder and organisation tool only. It does not guarantee that a vehicle will remain compliant, that reminders will always be delivered, or that third-party vehicle information will always be accurate or available.

2. Subscription payments

Premium subscription payments are charged according to the price and billing terms shown at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the payment amount, plan terms and billing frequency before completing your purchase.

FleetSignal Premium is offered as a recurring subscription. At the time of writing, the available plans are £2.99 per month or £24.99 per year. The selected plan, price and billing frequency will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If your subscription is recurring, it is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date if you no longer wish to continue using Premium.

3. Cooling-off and statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or reduce any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Where a legal cooling-off period applies, your rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law. However, where digital services or subscription features are made available immediately after purchase, your right to cancel or receive a refund may be limited where permitted by law.

FleetSignal reminders are provided as a convenience only. Email reminders and dashboard alerts are not guaranteed and should not be relied on as your only method of tracking important vehicle dates.

You remain responsible for checking official sources and maintaining your own records. FleetSignal is not responsible for fines, penalties, missed renewals, enforcement action, loss of use, loss of income, vehicle seizure, insurance issues or other losses resulting from missed or incorrect reminders.

7. Cancelling Premium

You may cancel your Premium subscription through the payment or account management options made available to you, or by contacting FleetSignal support where manual assistance is required.

Cancelling prevents future renewal payments where cancellation is completed before the next billing date. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for previous payments unless required by law or agreed by us.

8. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a payment is incorrect, please contact FleetSignal support first so we can investigate. If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute, your Premium access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
